Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Exchange Policy

Exchange Request: You may request an exchange within 3 days of order delivery.
Exchange Process: Exchanges can be initiated through your Shuflz login on our website. To request an exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The product must be returned with its original tags.(Return pickups will be arranged in 2 to 7 working days depending on the location and pincode)
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product will be inspected upon return.
- Rs.100 will be deducted per product for exchange.
- The remaining amount will be credited to your Shuflz login account in the form of Shuflz credits, which can be used to purchase another product of your choice on www.shuflz.com
- Sizes 3XL, 4XL, and 5XL are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged. Kindly ensure to review the size chart for accurate measurements before placing your order.

2. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. All returns will be processed as store credits for future purchases.
All refunds will be treated as exchange and Rs 100/- will be deducted per product returned.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Request: Cancellations can be made via your Shuflz login on our website within one hour after ordering the product. To cancel an order, access your order history in your account and follow the provided cancellation process.

If in any case if the refund amount is processed Rs 100/- will be deducted per product(can be cancelled till the product has not been dispatched from warehouse)

Return amount will be processed in 5 to 7 working days

Please Note if the product is found used, your original product will be shipped back to after payments of Rs 100/- per product.
